Target your customers accurately online.
What is PPC?
Pay Per Click (PPC) is a digital marketing technique which drives traffic to your website by showing adverts to people within search engines, social networks, and wider advertising networks.
The most common form of PPC is Google Search advertising, where you see adverts appear at the top and bottom of your Google search results. This is done using Google AdWords, in which you can target users based on their search queries, as well as number of other advanced targeting, for example, geographic targeting, device targeting, or people who have already visited your website and shown a particular behaviour.
You may have noticed after visiting a website that you are shown ads for that product or service on other websites you visit. This is called Remarketing and is a strategic way of marketing to people who have already shown interest in your products or services.
On social networks you are likely to have seen sponsored posts promoting someone’s product or services, also known as Paid Social. This is setup using advertising platforms within each social network, very similar to Google AdWords.
At Fantail, our approach to PPC is one of measured investment, transparent results and focus on conversions. We start small to test where results are likely to be found. Then we analyse the data, report it back to you and discuss where to push and pull depending on the results.
As with all of our work, we keep our PPC reporting as simple as possible. We show you only the most relevant data, and then extract the insight and recommendations that matter.
