The Brief
Carluccio’s had been managing their social media accounts internally and understood there was only so much that could be achieved with the resource they had.
They had an engaged community but they weren’t capitalising on it with their campaigns and day to day content.
They wanted to grow their audience and drive engagement, without any paid social activity.
Our Solution
We built a strategy that supported their Social Media Manager, allowing them to still engage with customers on a day to day basis, while we managed the content and larger campaigns.
We managed a monthly content calendar with a “bonfire and fireworks” approach. The day to day content being the “bonfire” and competitions and content related to larger brand campaigns the “fireworks.”
With it being the first time they had engaged with an agency, we built a relationship of support and availability to advise on any activity that came up and how to make it work the best.
